Eating habits: They maintain healthy diets with the increased consumption of fruits and vegetables (↑59%), clean food (↑53%) and organic food (↑35%) while reducing sweets (↓61%), fast food (↓57%), and packaged foods (↓39%).
These findings show that living and eating habits influence our health. To improve health, we can consider increasing physical activity and minimizing stress factors, eating more organic food, fruits and vegetables, while reducing fast food and packaged products.
