Our annual survey highlights a shift toward healthier food choices among urban Vietnamese: They consumed more fruits & vegetables (59%), clean food (52%) and organic food (34%), while reduced sweets (61%), fast food (55%) and packaged food (40%).
This “Eating healthier– Living healthier” lifestyle is gradually evolving and becoming a mainstream social trend, across all socio-economic groups. It also opens opportunities for businesses to understand and develop products and services that meet this growing lifestyle.
