According to the WIN World Survey 2025, conducted by Indochina Research across Vietnam’s four major cities (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Can Tho), a striking 99% of respondents aged 18–64 totally agree (59%) or somewhat agree (40%) or that individual actions can help protect and improve the environment.
This overwhelming consensus reflects a growing awareness: small, personal actions really do make a difference.
Whether it’s reducing single-use plastics, recycling, conserving energy, or planting trees, Vietnamese people are already on the path toward meaningful change—and inspiring others to join them.
What About Businesses?
The survey also revealed that public perception of corporate responsibility still needs improvement:
• 2 in 10 believe that companies only care about profits and ignore their social duties.
• 3 in 10 think CSR/ESG efforts are just for show, lacking sincerity or real impact.
This is a call to action!
It’s time for businesses to lead by example. Genuine environmental engagement and transparent action can help build trust and drive real change.
