IRL attend regional training by BURKE Institute

Following the initiative from our WIN Network partners in APAC, 20 research executive and managers participated to a regional training led by Tony Zahorik, Vice-president of the US based Burke Institute.

The training practically addressed “Applying research methodologies toward better insights” on product development, competition analysis, customer satisfaction and loyalty, communication effectiveness and pricing strategies.

Six members of Indochina Research joined the training from Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam and received their certificate of instruction.

We are looking forward applying these new learning to support our partners and clients in the region.
